An axial CT scan through the upper abdomen (left image) shows two splenic artery aneurysms with calcified walls (arrows). The image on the right from the same patient shows a third 4 cm aneurysm (asterisk) with a calcified wall (arrow). The aneurysms were an incidental finding.
