Power-Doppler ultrasound (US) of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (bicipital tendon) demonstrating enlargement, hypoechogenicity, and heterogeneity consistent with tendinopathy. In addition, there is thickening of the tendon sheath with associated hyperemia indicative of tenosynovitis.
