Pes planus (flat foot) seen from rear

This photograph shows a patient with pronounced pes planus (flat foot). There is no longitudinal arch (arrows) and the midfoot is significantly pronated, the navicular is dropped, and the calcaneus (or heel) is in valgus (curved lines).
