Brooke-Spiegler syndrome

(A) Adolescent patient with Brooke-Spiegler syndrome. This patient already has >50 papules on the temple and cheek ranging from 1 to 6 mm in size.
(B) As patients with Brooke-Spiegler syndrome age, their adnexal tumors may increase in size to over 1 cm and develop prominent telangiectasias.
