Bilateral Morton foot with bunion

These photographs show the feet of a 38-year-old female runner with bilateral Morton foot who has developed a bunion in her left foot and splaying between rays 1 and 2 in the right foot (note the enlarged space between the great and second toes). In Morton foot, the second metatarsal is longer than the first metatarsal, resulting in uneven distribution of pressure across the toes.
