Dermoscopic image of grade 2 actinic keratosis

Grade 2 actinic keratosis shows on dermoscopy the so-called strawberry pattern, characterized by an erythematous background intermingled by white-to-yellow, keratotic, and enlarged follicular openings similar to the surface of a strawberry.
