Dermoscopic image of a facial intradermal nevus (Miescher nevus)

Structureless light brown pigmentation and comma-shaped vessels are characteristic dermoscopic features of facial intradermal nevi of the Miescher type. Residual brown globules and circles are also visible in this lesion.
