Necrobiosis lipoidica

On low power, necrobiosis lipoidica can demonstrate layering of abnormal collagen with inflammatory cells composed of histiocytes, lymphocytes, and plasma cells. This can be referred to as "wedding cake" or "tiramisu" type of layering.
