Perirenal suppration complicating a staghorn calculus. This severely infected kidney is not functional. Successful treatment consisted of en-bloc nephrectomy and excision of all perirenal infected fat. (A) Plain radiograph: A staghorn calculus is visualized in the pelvicaliceal system.
