An axial CT through the kidneys (A) shows air within the calyces of the right kidney (arrows). Escherichia coli was isolated from the urine. Image B shows air in the right renal pelvis (arrow) associated with an air fluid level (arrowhead). The patient had a rectovesical fistula.
