Hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma

High-power view of the atypical cells that are present within sinusoids, resulting in the compression of the hepatocyte plates. The atypical cells have convoluted cytoplasm, high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio, and prominent nucleoli.
