Acute cholestatic hepatitis

The liver parenchyma shows bilirubinostasis. Arrows point to dilated canalicular structures that contain a yellow-green substance characteristic of bile. Some of the hepatocytes are swollen, indicative of feathery degeneration that results from cholestasis.
