Chest radiograph of calcified pleural plaques and left apical lung cancer

The chest radiograph from a patient with asbestos exposure shows calcified pleural plaques with rolled edges seen on face. A left apical mass with a caudal convex border was determined to be bronchogenic carcinoma.
