Right simple pneumothorax with complete lung collapse

Chest radiograph shows spontaneous, simple right-sided pneumothorax with complete collapse of the right lung and asymptomatic, non strangulating, uncomplicated, torsion of the right upper lobe (arrow) and with only minimal contralateral shift of the mediastinal structures.
