Basal pneumothorax in a supine patient

Bedside, supine chest radiograph demonstrates an atypical right basal pneumothorax in a patient on mechanical ventilation. Note right basal pleural adhesion that extends towards the right hemidiaphragm and is outlined by pneumothorax gas.
