One-anastomosis gastric bypass

One-anastomosis gastric bypass
One-anastomosis gastric bypass (OAGB) is usually performed laparoscopically and includes the division of the stomach between the antrum and body on the lesser curvature to the angle of His. This subsequent gastric pouch is anastomosed to a loop of jejunum as an antecolic and antegastric loop gastrojejunostomy. Most contemporary studies use a 150 to 180 cm biliopancreatic limb distal to the ligament of Treitz.
