Dermoscopic features of congenital nevi of the palms and soles: The crista dotted pattern
In the crista dotted pattern, brown globules are regularly distributed on the surface ridges. The globules correspond to nevus cell nests surrounding the distal portion of the eccrine ducts, which open in the center of the ridges.
