Lymphadenopathy and splenomegaly on CT scan in a patient with non-Hodgkin lymphoma

Computed tomography (CT) scan of the abdomen at the level of the kidneys in a patient with extensive B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. There is massive enlargement of the retroperitoneal nodes (arrows) as well as enlarged nodes at the base of the small bowel mesentery (arrowheads). The spleen is also enlarged (dashed arrow).
