Lymphangitic carcinomatosis on chest radiograph in a patient with lung cancer
Chest radiograph shows diffuse unilateral, fine linear opacities with Kerley B lines that correspond to thickened interlobular septa of the lung. This appearance is consistent with lymphangitic carcinomatosis.
