The non-contrast CT scan (A) shows contained rupture of a 9 cm aortic aneurysm with layers of extraluminal high density acute hemorrhage (arrow) in the anterior pararenal space consistent with rupture. On the contrast study (B), the likely point of rupture is seen (arrow) adjacent to a small amount of extravasated contrast (arrowhead).
