Cohen tip-deflecting endobronchial blocker

The Cohen tip-deflecting bronchial blocker (Cook Critical Care, Bloomington, IN). This blocker has a wheel on the proximal end of the blocker (lower arrow) that is turned to cause the distal tip of the blocker (upper arrow) to deflect and aid in bronchial placement.
