Pre (A) and post (B, C) contrast T1-weighted sequences in the axial (A, B) and coronal planes (C) demonstrate diffuse leptomeningeal enhancement tracking along the cerebellar folia (arrows). Subtle nodular leptomeningeal enhancement is also visible in the cerebral hemispheres (arrowheads).
