Pararenal abdominal aortic aneurysm

A large 6 by 5.4 cm pararenal AAA can be seen in the coronal CT reconstruction (A) encroaching on the right renal artery (arrow). In the cross sectional images, the right renal artery (arrow in B) and the left renal artery (arrow in C) can be seen.
