The RLL has segmental bronchi immediately visible. The smaller RML bronchus does not have visible segmental bronchi. The RML-RLL carina is normally oriented at 3 to 9 o'clock. The superior segmental bronchus is seen within RLL at 5 to 6 o'clock.
