Squamous cell carcinoma in severe dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa
Squamous cell carcinoma on the elbow of a patient with severe RDEB. Clinically, squamous cell carcinoma may masquerade as a nonhealing wound. Although histopathology is often well differentiated, the tumor is often extremely aggressive.
RDEB: recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa.
