Ovarian torsion

A 32-year-old with right lower quandrant pain and right ovarian torsion.
(A) Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound shows an enlarged edematous appearing right ovary without demonstrable flow.
(B) Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound of the left ovary shows a normal sized ovary with normal flow.
(C) T2-weighted magnetic resonance image shows the enlarged edematous ovary with peripheral cysts.
