Breast cyst ultrasound: Pear shaped

The ultrasound of a palpable mass in the right breast shows a 3 cm pear-shaped anechoic structure (A) with through transmission (B, arrowheads) and no internal enhancement on the color Doppler study (B), consistent with a benign simple cyst. The mammogram revealed a nonspecific soft tissue mass.
