Septated breast cysts: Mammograms and ultrasound

The mammogram of the left breast using LMLO projection (A) and LCC projection (B) shows a small soft tissue mass (rings). The ultrasound of the mass shows a cluster of anechoic structures with some internal septations (arrow) in the longitudinal view (C) and in the transverse view (D). These findings are consistent with a diagnosis of a septated cyst.
