Ultrasound of incarcerated uterus

Transabdominal ultrasound image at 18 weeks of gestation shows an incarcerated uterus. The cervix is stretched anteriorly (arrows), and the uterine fundus is posterior to the cervix. Note fetal head (H) and free fluid in the cul-de-sac (ff).
