Chest radiograph shows gas outlining inner surface of mediastinal pleura and aortlc arch (white arrows). This radiograph also demonstrates the "spinnaker sign," in which the thymic lobes are seen deviating upwards and outwards (arrowheads), a radiographic sign of pneumomediastinum that is seen only in infants and young children.
