Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma peripheral blood smear

This is a view of the feather edge of a peripheral blood smear in a patient with Adult T-cell Leukemia/Lymphoma. The large malignant cells have accumulated in this region of the smear. The marked irregularity of the nuclear outlines is well seen, including their "Flower-like" appearance (arrows).
