Pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis

Chest radiograph demonstrates the classic features of profuse ill-defined nodules, reticulondoular opacities, cysts, and costophrenic angle sparing in pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis. There is a mild reduction in lung volumes.
