Skin biopsy intravascular large cell lymphoma

Skin biopsy intravascular large cell lymphoma
(A) A few vessels located deeply in the subcutaneous fat show intravascular proliferations.
(B) Large cells with large heterochromatic nuclei are seen in the lumen of a blood vessel. A reactive infiltrate of lymphocytes and plasma cells is present around the adjacent fat lobules. This infiltrate may be mistaken for a panniculitis.
