Triquetrum fracture on plain radiograph oblique view

In this oblique radiograph of the wrist, the shadow of the pisiform does not overlap the triquetrum fracture (arrow). Note the small fragment near the ulnar styloid. In this view the remainder of the wrist bones appear normal.
