Hold your left arm straight out in front of your body, with your palm facing down. Using your right hand, grasp your left hand and gently bend your hand downward until you feel a stretch in your left forearm. Hold for 10 seconds. Relax. Repeat 10 times, then switch hands and repeat 10 times with your right hand.
