This is a movie clip from mid-esophageal apical four-chamber view obtained during intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography. Still on cardiopulmonary bypass, the VSD device has now been deployed and is stably seated on the muscular septum occluding the large defect. Note that the delivery cable has now been removed in the real time image.
