Post-kala-azar dermal leishmaniasis (PKDL) macules

Extensive hypopigmented macular PKDL in an eight-year-old girl in Bangladesh. She had a history of kala-azar that resolved with sodium stibogluconate treatment 28 months prior to the onset of the rash.
