(B) The duodenojejunal junction rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise (to the right of the superior mesentery artery [SMA]).
(C) The duodenojejunal junction continues to rotate counterclockwise around the SMA (now 180 degrees from its original position).
(D) In its final position, the duodenojejunal junction has rotated 270 degrees and lies to the left of the SMA.
