(A) Axial ultrasound of the chest demonstrates a solid echogenic mass in the right lower lobe with no significant displacement of the heart. CVR is 0.4.
(B) Color Doppler demonstrates no normal pulmonary blood flow through the mass and no system arterial feeder.
(C) Coronal T2w MRI confirms the presence of a high signal mass in the right lower lobe.
