Nasopharyngeal angiofibroma

Low power photomicrograph of an angiofibroma. This soft tissue tumor of pubescent males demonstrates a proliferation of thin-walled vessels with irregular or stag-horn shapes. The stroma is densely fibrotic and of variable cellularity.
