Vulvar papillomatosis papules

(A) On the inner edge of the labia minora are variably sized yellow papules. These are normal sebaceous glands-sebaceous hyperplasia.
(B) Vulvar papillomatosis. On either side of the hymenal ring are obvious filiform papules filling the whole area.
