Steroid structures

Structures of naturally occurring cortisol and cortisone, several of the more commonly prescribed synthetic glucocorticoids, and the synthetic mineralocorticoid fludrocortisone. Triamcinolone, a topical glucocorticoid, is identical to dexamethasone except for a 16 alpha hydroxyl group in place of the 16 alpha methyl group.
