(A) During the 14 days following the injection of 200 mg of testosterone enanthate.
(B) During the 24 hours after application of one or two testosterone patches that deliver approximately 5 mg of testosterone each.
(C) During the 24 hours after application of a testosterone gel containing 50 or 100 mg of testosterone.
