Elliptical lymph nodes on thyroid ultrasound

A longitudinal image of the left side of the neck that shows several thin, elliptical lymph nodes. One of them (+ --- +) is 1.25 x 0.25 cm. A 14.0 MHz transducer was used to achieve high resolution.
