Cystic bibasal bronchiectases in patient with Mounier-Kuhn syndrome

Chest radiograph shows bronchial pattern with bibasal cystic bronchiectases, producing ring shadows and gas- liquid levels. Note marked dilatation of the trachea and mainstem bronchi, characteristic of the syndrome.
