Condylar fracture of the proximal phalanx: Lateral radiograph

This lateral radiograph shows a condylar fracture of the proximal phalanx. Although less apparent here than on the anterior-posterior (AP) view, the fracture is reflected in the irregularity of the cortex before the white arrow.
