Posterior elbow dislocation with radial head fracture

(A) Anterior posterior and lateral radiographs of the elbow. Posterior elbow dislocation with an associated radial head fracture caused by a fall from a skateboard in a 16-year-old boy.
(B) Same patient. Radial head fracture is more easily seen on the post-reduction radiographs.
