Nonresolving pneumonia

Chest computed tomography (CT) of a patient with acute myelogenous leukemia, severe thrombocytopenia, and the clinical picture of a nonresolving pneumonia. The diagnosis of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage was made at bronchoscopy.
