Lumbar MRI scan in a 57-year-old male with known squamous cell carcinoma of the ethmoid sinus with metastasis to the skull base. The sagittal enhanced images demonstrate a large, intradural metastasis at the L1 level (arrow). Surgical pathology was consistent with metastatic squamous cell carcinoma.
