Lymphoma of bone on MRI

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the tibial bones following gadolinium contrast shows abnormal signal intensity in the proximal right tibia, involving the entire intramedullary space (arrow). There is no involvement of the other tibia. Biopsy showed transformed follicular non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
